These are the Terms and Conditions that you agree to be bound by, so please read carefully before submitting your order.

(a) Personal information provided to instantpopuptents.com will not be released to third parties unless such a release is necessary in the normal course of business, e.g. Credit card processing with financial institutions or if such a release is required by a court of law.

2. Warranties/Guarantee
(a) All Instant Popup Tents are guaranteed for a full 12 months by the manufacturer.
(b) All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied in offered by TLC Online Marketing Pty Ltd. Instant Popup Tents is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are found to be defective by Instant Popup Tents within 12 months of purchase may either be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Instant Popup Tents at no charge.
3. Ordering/Pricing
(a) All orders placed are subject to the terms and conditions unless changes have been agreed to in writing between the client and an authorised agent of TLC Online Marketing Pty Ltd.
(b) This website, including all components whether image, text, or otherwise does not constitute an offer. It is merely an invitation to treat. An offer will only be made where all sections of the order form have been completed.
(c) An offer will only be deemed to be made when it is actually received by Instant PopUp Tents. An offer will not be deemed to be made merely by the action of a potential client submitting the order advice form.
(d) E-mails or other correspondence sent by Instant Popup Tents requesting more detail from potential clients do not constitute acceptance of an offer by Instant Popup Tents.
(e) When Instant Popup Tents receives an offer a confirmation e-mail invoice will be sent to the potential client indicating total invoice amount.
(f) A 100% upfront payment is required. Instant Popup Tents accepts credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) as methods of payment, paid via Merchant Services International Pte Ltd (Known as MCI). Payments are only deemed to have been accepted when they are actually received by Created With Style. All purchases must be paid for in Australian dollars ($AUD). Charges on credit card statements will appear as "Instantpopupten".
(g) An offer will only be deemed accepted after payment is received. The acceptance of an offer will be deemed to be executed at the time of 100% payment.
(h) Instant Popup Tents will not guarantee delivery of products on any indicated delivery date.
(i) If you wish to increase the quantity ordered of any item, we will enter an additional order for that item upon receipt of fax, email or mail confirmation. The additional order will be priced as a new order, however we cannot guarantee an exact match between the original and any subsequent orders placed. This additional order will ship and bill separately from the original order.
(j) When order is placed and payment received, Instant Popup Tents will notify of any items currently not in stock or no longer available. Instant Popup Tents will then follow the client’s directions on whether the client would like an alternative selection or a refund of the item(s).
(k) All pricing is shown in Austrlalian dollars (AUD) and appears against each product line. The price shown exlcudes GST. The price excludes all postage and handling costs. The postage and handling costs are added at the check-out stage of ordering.
4. Delivery
(a) For orders within Australia. delivery is approximately 14 business days. Should for any reason a delivery delay occur, you will be notified. A delivery charge is calculated at the check-out stage of ordering and depends on the shipping destination and the total weight of the products ordered.
(b) For orders outside Australia. Delivery times will depend on the destination. A delivery charge is calculated at the check-out stage of ordering and depends on the shipping destination and the total weight of the products ordered. We use Australia Post Economy service to deliver outside of Australia.
5. Cancellation of Order
(a) Orders must be cancelled in writing by way of surface mail or e-mail. No cancellation shall be deemed to be executed unless such notification is actually received by Instant Popup Tents. Cancellation will not be deemed to be made merely by the client submitting such notice.
(b) Upon receipt of a cancellation of order, a full refund (minus any government / bank fees and charges incurred by Instant Popup Tents) will be offered where the order has not been processed by Instant Popup Tents. Cancellations made outside this time can not be accepted and no refund will be made.
(c) Sections 6(a) and 6(b) may be waived or modified at the discretion of Instant Popup Tents.
6. Product Sizes / Colours
(a) Product sizes indicated on this web site are approximate only. Colours of stock displayed on this web site are an indication only as PC's display colours differently.

Instant Popup Tents disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Price and availability information is subject to change without notification.

(a) You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
9. Jurisdiction
(a) All agreements or disputes arising from this ordering process shall be governed by the laws of the State of QLD in Australia, and disputes heard in the State of QLD in Australia.
